Though we do not encourage the cancellation of the order without any valid reason, we are always there with our customers if the reason of the cancellation is genuine and valid. Bapat Optics does not believe in giving unrealistic pricing, discounts, services and delivery schedule. We always try our best to fulfil the orders well within the time maintaining the high standards.

1. Cancellation policy
a) order with “frame only” option can be cancelled before the scheduled delivery time only after contacting or with consultation of Bapat Optics Customer care
b) order with complete spectacles that includes Frame + Spectacle Lens, cannot be cancelled
c) order with “Sunglasses” option can be cancelled before the scheduled delivery time only after contacting or with consultation of Bapat Optics Customer care
d) order with “Contact Lens” option can be cancelled before the scheduled delivery time only after contacting or with consultation of Bapat Optics Customer care
e) sunglasses with prescription order with complete Rx Sunglasses segment, that includes sunglasses Frame + powered sunglasses Spectacle Lens, cannot be cancelled

The company reserves the right to cancel an order. The reason for cancellation could be due to :
In case the order request is not acceptable to the company.
Non-availability of the product.
Inaccurate product information or pricing discrepancies.
Due to reasons of any fraud.
Wrong usage of payment made by customer or incomplete information received from the customer.
