Return policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

a) order with “frame only” option can be returned to the registered address of bapat optics
only after contacting or with consultation of Bapat Optics Customer care
b) order with complete spectacles that includes Frame + Spectacle Lens, can be returned only if
b1. The power of the glasses are wrong
b2. The quality of the frame(s) and the glasses are not at all matching with the standards that
are committed on the website
b3. When there are serious adaptation issues/ disability/discomfort with the new glasses
c) order with “Sunglasses” option can be returned only if the lenses do not match the description
and features mentioned in the website.
d) order with “Contact Lens” option can be returned only if the information

e) How to initiate the exchange process?
f) 1. Customers should contact Bapat Optics customer support on within 7 days from the receipt of
g) 2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from the
customer support team about the same.
h) 3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused, in packed
condition. The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is not sealed
by the customer. 
i) 4. Place the invoice/guarantee card inside the package for return process. Without these,
returns will not be processed.
j) 5. In the meantime, you can reach out to our sales team who will assist you with placing of the
exchange order. 
l) NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.


Sunglasses/Frame – Product has to be returned within 72 hours after receiving the parcel. Once the
product is returned to us, we will inspect the product before making the refund.
Refund can be made only if the product is in unworn & brand-new condition, original seal box,
instruction paper, warranty & other accessories if any. The product should not have been used or should not have any dirt or scratches or wear and tear or any kind of bent or twisted. The price tag and any
other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing must be intact and in toto.
In case the customer receives an incorrect product the customer is requested to contact the customer
care as early as possible but not later than 3 days of receipt. We

All prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses are recommended to be used for 4 to 5 days
before thinking about the return. This will ensure the time taken for adaptation, So that the Return
may not be required.


Refund  policy

Our first choice before refund is to issue the credit note of the same invoice amount, which has no
expiry date. Person can purchase from other eyewear options available or order particular eyewear
even if its not in stock. But if the customer opts for refund only then following are policies :

After the Returned goods are received by Bapat Optics, and after the thorough examination of the
condition of the returned goods, the refund will be communicated to the customer. But by and large
we follow the following pattern for the refund. Pls note that the refund amount will be credited to
the account in 7 working days.


If seal of the contact lens box is unopened
or the box is not damaged 90 % amount of the invoice will be Refunded
If the seal is broken,
Open Box cannot be Refunded under any circumstances, even if lens inside them are unused.

If the parcel is received in brand new condition
90% amount of the invoice will be refunded
Frame : 90% amount of the invoice will be refunded
Lens : 75% amount of the invoice will be refunded

Bapat Optics has all rights to decide the genuineness of the complaint/ return/ refund.
