  •  The prices quoted don’t contain delivery and postal charges but are inclusive of GST.

  • Incase if you received any damage product, intimate us within 48-hrs, or else exchange/replacement
    cannot be entertained.
  • The Customer can exchange the products to a maximum of one time after purchase
  • All goods shall remain our property until all of yours contractual obligations towards us have been

  • Images of people, places, and/or products posted on this Site are either the property of the Company, or
    are used herein with express permission of the Company.
  • Misconduct in terms of contrary to the terms & conditions of the contract, particularly by delaying the
    payment, we may demand the immediate return of the product.
  • Depending on the availability, all products are dispatched as soon as possible. Should the desired
    product is out of order, we shall inform you for the same.
  • Any changes in our privacy policies or terms & conditions, shall be updated accordingly
  • When referring another buyer, you will be provided Rs 300 referral bonus as soon as the person uses
    your code to sign up and make their first purchase. For each successful referral the new customer must
    use your unique referral code to ensure that you are eligible for the referral bonus. The person you refer
    can also refer others and get referral bonus.
  • Referral bonus shall be provided once the Referred customer completes their first purchase of Minimum

Bapat Optics warrants the spectacles and sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and
workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover: scratches on clear lenses and sun lenses; damages caused by accident,
abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs;
normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.
Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim.
1. The product should be packed in a cardboard box and the customer contact details and address
should be clearly mentioned on the box.
2. A copy of the invoice should be sent along with the product in the cardboard box.
3. A duly filled Product Complaint Form should be printed and sent along with the product in the
cardboard box.
If warranty service is required, please pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service
that offers tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Ray-Ban is not responsible for packages
lost in transit and the cost of shipping the product(s) to the service center.
If warranty conditions apply to the defect of your frame, your product will be repaired with spares or
replaced with a new one. If the model is not available anymore, you will be refunded the full amount of
your purchase as per your invoice. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or
workmanship, you will be notified of the repair process and additional charges through email or a call.
The decision www.bapatoptics.com in respect of the warranty claim shall be final and binding.


1. Bapat optics and www.bapatoptics.com has 1 year 360 degree warranty policy
2. In case of Manufacturing defect, within 365 days of purchasing, you are liable for 100%
replacement of the product.
3. Manufacturing defect accounts for
a) Coating of the lens peeled off/ multiple scratches/ net like scratches on the lens surface
b) Fault in the springs of the sides of frames/ sunglasses

Manufacturing Defect
1. Customer should ensure that the original invoice is available
2. In case a replacement of frame/SG is required, the customer will be given an option of buying
the same or a higher priced frame. In case he/she chooses to go for a lower priced frame, the
price difference will not be refunded.
3. In case the customer has got the frame fitted with a lens from some other shop we will not take
